I am extremely impressed with this product. I bought it initially to hang clothes on after washing (so I could dry them without the hassle of ironing). I took on board what other reviewers had to say - that you may need 2 people to fit all the bits together - but when it arrived I was the only one in the house, so decided to have a go myself. It wasn't that difficult to put together at all. It took me about 3minutes, by myself. My advice is, if you have limited mobility in your hands then it might be good to get another person to help out, although not absolutely necessary. However, if you're like me - impatient - then give it a go yourself. The design is idiot proof, there are no nuts and bolts to worry about, and best of all, once you've got it assembled you can spend the rest of the day deciding what clothes to hang on it! This really is a heavy duty item that's worth the 5 stars given.P.S.) The other good thing about this product is it can be de-assembled easily and hidden behind a wardrobe or leaned up against the corner of a wall till the next time you need to use it. Sturdy, practical, easy to store away, and, more importantly, value for money. Don't waste you time buying cheaper versions of this product. It will only be a false economy.

The media could not be loaded. A previous rail finally collapsed under the weight of the clothes I’d put on it and I needed a replacement. I wanted something a lot sturdier and read lots of reviews before settling on this one. I’m delighted with my choice. It took all of a minute to assemble and is so sturdy that, rather than put the cardigans, dresses and shirts on it that had been stored on the previous one, I am using it for all my coats and jackets. Due to its shape, it does sit out from the wall a little bit so that should be taken into consideration when measuring available space for it but the flip side is that means boots etc can be stored in the gap that is created on the floor. It’s in my walk-in wardrobe so nobody sees it but, although it’s not the most attractive item in the world, it would look grand in a bedroom/spare room too. I would highly recommend it.

Holds absolutely loads and incredibly strong

From reading some of the 1 to 3 star reviews, it obvious that some basic intelligence is required to assemble this rack such as reading the instructions! When you've read them, you will realise that the resulting rigidity come from the fact that the vertical poles splay outwards so need to be pulled towards each other to clip on the top rail as the final assembly stage! This puts the vertical tubes in tension therefore making the whole rig pretty strong.The quality of the parts seems good with the castors being potentially the weakest link - do make sure they click into the plastic receptacles - tug on them to confirm they are fully home. Although this rail is robust & should take well over 50kg, I'd strongly suggest not standing on the bottom loop rail! The finish is black matt paint of good quality.

I put it together in less than 5 minutes and most of that time was ensuring the castor feet were properly pushed / clicked in. The instructions are excellently written with pictures and real English instructions!Very, very strong is how I consider this unit. Solid metal poles which I'm sure I could hang on (no, I didn't try it). Like so many other reviewers, I have been through countless high street clothes rails only to have one after another of them collapse, leaving my clothes all over the floor. The last straw came when I bought Argos' most expensive model only to have it give way after only three weeks! I decided to take the plunge and buy one of these and I am absolutely delighted with it so far. The delivery was remarkably quick. It is instantly apparent on taking the parts out of the box that they are really sturdy and not going to let you down, and when assembled the whole rail is really solid.There is no shoe storage underneath but the rail is so strong that I have attached a hanging shoe storer and it accommodates this easily.One thing I will say is that the instructions that come in the box are very basic (not that they need to be too complicated, it's incredibly easy to assemble) and there is a more helpful guide here on the seller's page:http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aag/details/ref=aag_m_fi?ie=UTF8&asin=&isAmazonFulfilled=&isCBA=&marketplaceID=A1F83G8C2ARO7P&orderID=&seller=A1C5QPC0XI8E4O#customWhen assembling it I was alarmed to find the top rail fell much shorter than the bottom rail and I thought I'd been sent the wrong part as it looked like they'd never fit together. I cheaped out and bought a similar product that was about $15 cheaper. It lasted a year and then the base snapped. I did have it loaded pretty good. but that won't be a problem with this unit. It's a piece of cake to assemble and I have it loaded fully with winter jackets, suits and shirts and it could take even more. It's worth the extra money for this one if you are going to add anything more than the lightest of clothing.

Igual que en la descripción, robusto, aguanta bien el peso. Muy recomendable. Sin duda lo volvería a comprar. Lo unico que no me gusta es el tipo de rueda que lleva.

In der Beschreibung stand, der Kleiderständer sei 1,80m lang. Jedoch ist er nur 1,20m (wie auf den Bildern gekennzeichnet). Außerdem lassen sich die Rollen nicht montieren. Deshalb 2 Sterne Abzug. Ansonsten ist er gut.

la barra è molto semplice e bella di aspetto, facilissima da montare senza attrezzi. ha due aspetti negativi importanti: è bassa - dovrebbe chiamarsi barra appendigiacche, non appendiabiti perché le custodie degli abiti strusciano per terra - e le ruote sono molto piccole quindi col peso degli abiti è difficile da spostare.
