I was in the market for a gaming headset even though I have several and I was checking out the version of these from turtle Beach but they seem to be a little pricey for what they were. So I saw another version of it this one that was half the price and seem to have a lot more accessories with it including a hard zipper case which kind of sold me on it. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it the sound quality is rather good especially for the price as well as the fit with the included ear tips is very nice and comfortable I wore these for over 3 hours and had absolutely no issues and no pain. The microphone in testing with my Xbox Live worked much better than expected not as good as some of my dedicated headsets but still much better than expected. As for durability it seems to be holding up quite well several weeks after purchase and I am still heard clearly by anyone playing with me online however the microphone is not perfect by any means there is a little cloudiness and the audio from the mic is not as sharp as it could be I'm sure but I'm not complaining due to the price

First let's go through the sound and mic quality of these headphones.Sound quality is very similar to stock headphones you get with your smart phone except the bass is slightly higher. There's a noise isolation feature to block out background noise. When no audio is playing; like other noise isolating in-ear headphone you get this hollow sound especially when tugging/slightly touching the cordThe mic attachment is basic also with no enhanced voice isolation/enhancements. If you use the mic attachment it's slightly clearer than the in-line mic since it's much closer to your mouth instead of having to project your voice to the mic dangling around your chest area. Also, no need to lift the mic piece with your hands near your mouth if someone can't hear you (if there's a lot of background noise or you're not talking loud enough). Other than that, if you put both mics at the same distance from your mouth, they both sound the same.Good for on-the-go gamers who don't want to draw attention to themselves in public or carry around an expensive headset when traveling, vacationing, or on-the-go.Volume control. Not a lot of variation as you cannot really fine tune it. It's either high, medium or off.Also a mute, an pause/skip track button. For the latter skipping tracks depends on the music app you useBuild quality. The actual earpiece itself is very large, but not to the point where you'll be catching glances in public. I'd say overall size is maybe 2.5 times Apple earbuds. Has a flat cord (instead of rounded) which will make the cord tangle-free.--A lot of accessories!This may contribute to at lease half the cost of the product-Mic attachment. As mentioned before, makes it easier to talk, no need to raise you voice (as much) during loud background situations- 3.5mm cord extender. Not really needed in my opinion as the original cord is already really long. Good to have just in case for your other headphones or extreme situations I guess.-Female to duel male 3.5mm adapter. Good for traditional PC setup.- 3 pairs of inner loop and silicon earbuds. Good for more customized fit-Storage case with mini caribiner attachment. This case is huge. Able to fit all contents included into the case. You do not have to carry everything at all times, so there may be room for extra items if you wish to put it in there.Overall, good pairing with mobile game devices such as the Nintendo Switch, Nintendo 3DS, Smart Phone, etc when out-and-about. Don't expect exceptional quality sound/mic for gaming rather the mic attachment is great for hands-free calling while gaming when taking calls on-the-go. Also contains a lot of accessories (cords,case, 3.5mm mic attachment, etc) which you can use for other headsets/headphones

For some reason, I've not been able to get my Realtek Audio Manager to recognize the microphone when I use the supplied splitter. I've read on a few forums that this is an issue on Realtek's end, but it's still a BIG issue if you plan on using this for online gaming and conference calls. For a sturdy pair of earbuds with good audio quality - for this price point - it's definitely not a bad buy. The travel case is handy, the cord itself is pretty rugged, and even after some moderately heavy use there's no wire shorting at the headphones nor at the jack like a regular budget pair of earbuds would suffer.Pros:- Lightweight but durable- Comfortable- Rubber ear pieces are detachable in case you don't like them- Good sound qualityCons:- Microphone recognition issues- Rubber ear bits are annoying if you don't like them (constantly fall out of your ears in some situations)- Jack is enclosed in thick plastic which makes it hard to plug into some devices without extension (extension is provided but if you lose it or it has a wire short, then you might be out of luck)Overall a really nice daily driver in regards to earbuds. I personally prefer over-the-ear headphones, but for situations in which I need earbuds, I'm not going to need another pair after these - at least not for a long time.

I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of this headset. I’m a gamer, and I’ve always had trouble with traditional headsets because of my chronic and easily-induced headaches. The pressure of having a headset on for hours got me almost all the time. The earbud style this has takes all the pressure off my head, and they’re very comfortable - I can wear them all day.The boom mic is also very high quality. My friends and teammates frequently told me I was too quiet on my old headsets, and I do have a very soft voice, but this mic picks up my voice clearly.The convenience and portability in a neat little case also bears mentioning - great for a gamer on the go, and its universal compatibility means I can use it on PC, Xbox One and PS4 with total ease...just pop in the cord and go with no fussy settings to fiddle with.I’ve had my first pair for seven months now, and they’re still going strong. But I love them so much I got a couple of backup sets just in case.The only - only - way that my $150 over the ear headset out performs these is for extreme sound details in games like PUBG, where the ability to hear single footsteps can mean the difference between life and death. But PUBG is the only game I still use that headset for.For the majority of games, the sound feedback is completely adequate to tell me what I need to know, and I have no complaints.And so, for comfort and convenience, microphone quality, and sound feedback from both my party chat and the games I’m playing, these best my expensive headset, and I highly recommend them!

I am very satisfied with the overall quality of this product, the sound is neat and clear. I plan on buying a second one.

Bought these for my 8 year old son to use for Xbox so the household can have some peace and quiet. They are easy to use and durable, mic works well even without the attachment on. Volume/mute button easily accessible.
