The soap is ok, but the smell is slightly overwhelming- smells like lemongrass with no other notes

This soap came in a nice gift box. The smell of the soap is really strong and I can smell it without opening the package. I like scent free products so this soap is not my favorite. It does lather up well and does not leave your skin dry. The smell lasts a long time after using it. It has clean ingredients and does not contain sulphate and paraben.

As soon as I opened the package I could smell this soap. It is STRONG. I am generally not a fan of citrus scents, but this one seems okay. It would make an excellent item to put in the linen closet to pass the scent to sheets and towels, as well as the citrus scent repelling some pests.The ingredient list is shown in my picture. Limited and expected. As it's handcrafted, the shape is not uniform, but that shouldn't matter. The value is decent and it's done a good job so far with my compulsive handwashing! The whole bathroom smells nice now.

I really like this bar of soap. It lathers up well, leaves my skin feeling soft and it really lasts. I like that it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight and dry. The soap is fragrant too. Not overpowering. Just a subtle scent. This soap is good for everyday use and slso for everyone in the family. I would recommend.

I really like this soap. The first thing I noticed is that it smells mostly like lemongrass, which I was not expecting, as they call it "cedar citrus". I should mention that I really like the scent of lemongrass. Washing my face with this soap, it lathered up well and felt great to use, with the scent that really invigorated me. It was a true pleasure to use, and felt like a luxury.The scent reminds me of a fancy shave soap I have (which is in a tube) that is lemongrass scented, so I decided to lather up again after washing my face to use this as a shave soap. I just lathered it up, put it on, and shaved with my razor. It worked well for this, too. The razor glided well, and the soap moisturized my skin enough that I had no irritation, so this soap serves that purpose as well.I like that it is made in the USA by a small business, which I like to patronize, as the quality control is present and obvious. This soap is probably the best scented soap I have had, and when it runs sown, I will buy it again.

Made for men but I love it too. It’s a nice size soap at 3 x 2.5 x 1 inches; 4.7 Ounces. My husband and I both like the cedar citrus scent. It doesn’t leave the skin feeling dry and squeaky like some soaps do. The olive oil, coconut oil, and palm oil help to make your skin feel more nourished and soft. It lathers well and leaves your skin clean without a residue.I like that it is made from non irritating ingredients or harsh chemicals. I got this for my husband but I’ve been testing it out too. I have very sensitive skin and use a body wash especially made for sensitive skin. So far I’ve used this on my hands and legs and haven’t had a reaction.* Handmade in North Carolina in small batches.* Responsibly Sourced Ingredients are vegan, non-irritating, non-allergenic, and cruelty-free, Also free from sulphates snd Paraben.It’s a good value around $6 but the original price of $8.99 seems high for a bar of soap even as nice as this is.

I got this thinking my boys would like it. They appreciate fancy, masculine-scented soaps, especially when they can apparently double as shampoo.But when I got this soap, it smelled so good, and it looked so good, I decided I'd use it. Just to try it out. Yeah, my boys aren't getting it. They will never know about this soap. This soap is mine.The scent isn't specifically masculine, but it does have a deep sort of earthy scent cut with citrus. It's invigorating and a lovely start to the day. The soap is smooth and lathers into a thick lather that just feels like it cleans really well. This bar of soap is large, and it doesn't seem to melt quickly. It leaves skin and even hair feeling soft. I personally still want to use a conditioner on my hair after this, but it isn't that gross feeling that a regular bar of soap gives hair.This soap is so pleasant to use. It feels good on my skin and it smells absolutely divine.

I like the scent of this soap much more than a lot of soaps I have tried. This one smells natural and citrusy, which is very pleasant. I love that this is made with all natural ingredients (and it has a natural organic look since it is homemade) and the oils in it help my skin feel moisturized. It comes in a nice box as well so it could be gifted.
