Godiva Chocolatier 6 Piece 90 Gram Large Bars Variety Pack, Great for Stocking Stuffers, Milk Chocolate

I've been eating Trader Joe's gigantic Pound Plus Dark Chocolate With Almonds for many years. I thought it was OK. But since I've been Staying Home and letting my car's battery discharge out, I had to get chocolate mail-order. This Godiva had my favorite recipe -- chocolate and almonds, so I thought that would be a good replacement.Surprised the Godiva has a lot more flavor, with more dark-chocolate-bitterness-tang, than I'm used to with the Trader Joes. It probably helps explain why the Trader Joes is only about $5 per pound.My biggest criticism is that while the Trader Joes has big pieces of almonds, the Godiva has almond shavings. The shavings are thin (though plentiful by percentage), the chocolate bar is thin instead of brick-like like the Pound Plus. But the taste is a treat compared to what I'm used to, so until they make a vaccine and I can get back to Trader Joes, I'm going to be happy with Godiva.

These are divine! They arrived on a hot southern summer's day and were packed perfectly in a boxed styrofoam cooler with LARGE gel ice packs that had not even begun to thaw, and that I can even re-use!I'm not after any "health benefits", just a delicious chocolate treat, and this is it! Fabulous Godiva milk chocolate with pieces of salted caramel/toffee sprinkles throughout. We love them!

Along with Covid-19 has come a shortage, in my grocery store, of Godiva's Milk Chocolate Salted Carmel Bars. So I turned to Amazon and lo and behold I am now able to order my favorite candy. I have ordered it 3 times and on every occasion the candy has arrived well wrapped and despite it being Summertime the bars were not melted. I will continue to order it!

Taste is fine but turns out it uses the alkali process so not recommended for the dark chocolate health benefits.

They arrived melted!! Therefore I was unable to use them to give to my friends!! I tried to eat one but it looked disgusting so I threw them out!!

They’re good, I wish they had larger almond pieces, but they’re a good snack, I just have one or two squares when I feel like I need coffee in the evening

Fell in love with Belgian chocolate in Europe. Salted carmel is divine. Very impressed with packaging: wrapped in thick plastic, sandwiched in two cold packs that were still cold on arrival, and the whole thing wrapped in a quilted foil thermal bag.

Tastes good, strong flavor. My only comment is buyer should be aware of outside temperature for shipping without them melting enroute or while sitting on your porch.
