This was my first time ever purchasing dossier and I’m lowkey impressed. This is a great dupe + size for the price. The scent is VERY close to the authentic baccarat rouge 540, but it isn’t as warm + potent to me. Nonetheless it smells good and I received a lot of compliments. Surprisingly this does last a while, if you layer it on top of body oil, but it might still have to be reapplied throughout an entire day. If you don’t prefer to spend $200+ on perfume, this is the one for you.

Years ago, I bought Patrick Ta's Major Glow Body Oil in "A Vision" and absolutely fell head over heels the fragrance. The scent never lasted long though, and I really wanted the fragrance as a regular perfume that could be for daily use.I searched and smelled hundreds if not THOUSANDS of perfumes trying to find the perfect dup. I'd even bring the body oil to stores so associates could help me find something similar. I got so desperate I even emailed Patrick Ta customer service asking if they were going to make it a perfume...lol (they're not).I kept hearing that Baccarate Rouge 540, Ariana Grande's Cloud, Kilian Paris Love, Don't be Shy, etc etc were perfect dups to Patrick Ta's A Vision. But on me, those fragrances were too chemically or too much on the sweet side when they interacted with my skin.Ambery Saffron is SUCH a perfect match to Patrick Ta's fragrance. The price point is amazing, and honestly, this smells better than Baccarate Rouge 540.I've never had a signature scent, so I'm so excited I found something I can wear daily.

Other reviews say this perfume lasts 6 hours. It is lasting maybe an hour on me. I have not smelled Baccarat Rouge, so I cannot say how closely this resembles it. But I have smelled (and owned) Ariana Granda Cloud and Cloud Intense. This Dossier perfume smells almost identical to Ariana's perfumes. I think the Dossier has a strange chlorine/alcohol smell as soon as it's sprayed, but that does fade quickly. What your are left with is a sweet, marshmellowy scent. It smells really good, but you can spend another $10 and get one of the Clouds in a bigger bottle than Dossier. I do really love the Dossier bottle and the magnetic cap. The bottle has a nice sprayer too.

Smells very much like the B.R.brand.I love the B. R. brand so much I wanted to wear it everyday, but just couldn’t justify it for the price, Now I can smell VERY similar with this dupe. Love the smell, it makes me so happy.

This has NO smell!! What a waste of money:( I think it is water.

This is my new go-to perfume. I get so many compliments when I wear it, and it lasts all day. The smell is light and fresh, enough that people notice it but it's not overpowering. My favorite!!

Ok. So. This is not an exact dupe of BR540. And I am convinced the people who say it is. Have never spent the money on the real thing. I have. That being said…..I do find it complimentary. I buy myself one bottle of the real thing every year. But I like to stretch it, by layering with dupes. There is a dupe brand that is exact, it just can’t be used alone — it fades fast. So I had high hopes for this one. I gave it 3 stars BC it does complement BR, so for layering it works just fine. However. On its own, it smells like a perfume soaked bandaid. Which is weird. I’m not gonna send it back. But I’m also not gonna buy again. Gonna stick to my little red bottled dupe!

The scent is heavenly! Light and sultry! It’s a clean perfume smell. I wish it stayed on me a little longer though.
