I obviously knew this was a basic product made of unfinished wood, but our options were limited as there are so few 2ft 6 high sleepers available. Unfortunately I have been disappointed from the moment it arrived. The instructions are very unclear, as others have reported, with no labeling of parts and some steps in the building process missed - they definitely need to be reviewed. Parts of the ladder were the wrong size, which I unfortunately only realised when I was almost finished at the end of the day, so although customer service were very helpful (the reason they get 2 stars) they could not send replacement parts until day 2, which arrived on day 3. Once finally built my daughter was excited and likes it, but unfortunately I am not sure it's that sturdy - I have already had to tighten ask the bolts due to wobbling. I am not sure how much life it will have, I suppose you get what you pay for and it'll do for now!

Awful item, unsafe to be used a child's bed. Screws didn't fasten properly leaving the bed dangerously loose. The wood is rough and splintering and chunks hacked out of the legs. Seller refused to replace the whole item saying "all our beds will be the same." Made to feel grateful because they agreed to collect it free of charge!! PLEASE AVOID - COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
