Really nice jack, arrived well packaged, worked right out of the box.

I’ve had this Jack for three months and one of the Pistons collapsed. It won’t jack up anything anymore and I have no way to get a hold of customer service.

BIG RED Model # TAM830003XL LOW PROFILE ALUMINUM 3 TON (6000 LB) FLOOR JACK is supplied assembled ( except to insert handles ) and includes a single User Instructions sheet printed in English and Spanish. A small black plastic shipping block needs to be removed on bottom of Jack. The two handles placed into the Jack are the only assembly. The bottom handle, with foam cover, has a groove at end. A SET SCREW on the Jack is undone sufficient to allow handle to seat in hole. Turn screw back ( into groove ) to secure handle. Top handle, with knurled top, slides into base handle by depressing a button lock and allowing it to spring back into hole to secure. NO Assembly Instructions included or instructions for removing shipping plastic block. Big Red Jack is heavy, approximately 55 pounds, and is manufactured with combination of steel and aluminum components. It has a DUAL PISTON for raising items. We found no issues in use.We used the Jack on Boat and Trailer combo which is at the top of the three ton (6000 pound) weight specifications for the Big Red. The Jack raised and lowered the combined weight several times. Takes a little jiggle of the handle to turn for lowering. In our application it took approximately six pumps of handle to raise to our desired working position. The item is made in China.Safe Working Load ( Rated Capacity ) = 6,000 pounds MAX - Lowered Height = 3-3/4 InchMaximum Height = 18-7/8 inch.- NO Warranty information found in written information provided but there is a 1 Year stamp Guarantee logo on outside of product carton.Recommended….
