Safe and hygienic to use for wooden chopping boards - more than using synthetic boards
It was great that it was letterbox sized - I panic when waiting deliveries even though housebound. The oil has worked really well on my rubber wood chopping board; so much so that I intend to get rid of my other, synthetic, cutting boards and buy another wooden butchers block to maintain hygiene and protect my knives

It's a safe wood oil that can be used on kitchen wooden worktops.
Have been using Brandon oil for years. Leaves a lovely finish to our wooden worktop and is food safe.

Works wonderfully on composite sinks among other things
I tried several cleaning products on my black composite sink to get rid of the white stains, and nothing was working. My sink was quite new so to have these soap marks accumulating was awful. I found a great video on youtube of a lady using mineral oil after giving the sink a thorough clean. She used distilled vinegar and bicarbonate of soda to clean it and then dried it with cloth. I should think you could use what you want to clean it but I read not to use bleach. I decided to use the vinegar and bicarb, and then after drying I applied this mineral oil liberally. I leave it on for as long as possible, but minimum of one hour, and then starting wiping excess off before buffing it with a soft cloth or cotton rag. I use it on the chrome tap too and it comes up lovely. It doesn't take long, looks fantastic and really lasts well - several weeks to months sometimes. Having this oil to hand is actually great. There are so many little uses for it like getting stickiness off things as well as using on chopping boards, etc.
