I got this Moringa supplement more so because of the health benefits it offers, not the energy it advertises. I liked how the Moringa supplement was simply just 1 main ingredient: Moringa, where the company can focus on just that. In my opinion, they did, being that the powder seems to be a good color and quality.I enjoy taking these everyday and didn’t get and side effects for myself. I like how the Moringa can help with many health benefits and recommend to research and speak with your doctor about taking these. I didn’t really notice anything about the energy, although I felt confident my body was still benefitting from it in other ways.I didn’t like that the bottle only last so little with having to take 2 capsules everyday. Very easy to take though and definitely recommend taking with food as it can be strong without a meal. Overall great!

This supplement is interesting it's like an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory together. As i get older these are things I look for in a supplement. The capsules are not thin, so they don't easily dissolve and cause dust burps. I counted the total amount in it and it matches the manufactures amount so that's a positive on quality control.

This supplement is well made, easy to swallow and caused no side effects for me. However, I've been taking it for a few weeks and haven't noticed any real benefits or changes to my overall well being. It may work well for others but for me, it doesn't seem to have made a difference.

I tried this to see if it would help with my energy levels but I did not have a marked difference. It doesn't have much of a flavor thankfully and was easy to swallow. I have some vitamin deficiencies so I'm unsure if I didn't notice a difference due to that.
