Very sturdy

I ordered this as I have misplaced my old swiss roll tin. This is a lovely weight and I am sure will be great for making roulades, which I bake quite often. It also makes an excellent general oven baking tin too, for things like potato wedges, roasted vegetables etc. Great value for money. Highly recommended. (I was a professional chef so do look for heavyweight oven dishes which won't buckle).
