Money wasted. Refused to burn./glow

Smokeless and heartless
Bought as promised heat without the smoke. Yes there is no smoke but heat is pathetic. Used it on a calm day, and firstly it is tough to get lit. I used natural, smokeless and chemical free lighters and needed to break out the lighter fluid.Once lit they went white but the heat output was poor. Only heat was when I held my hand about half a foot away from the coals.

They burn well!
I was very surprised at the small size! The coals are as expected and burn well but very expensive. The really good thing is that they were delivered.

Useless!!
Gave 1 star because couldn't give none,absolute rubbish,in fact worse than rubbish because rubbish would of burnt!!
