I love the fact that they both are very quiet and work very good for what you pay for. My biggest problem is that one of them keeps shutting itself down. I purchased in April and started using them in May. I believe it keeps overheating is my only guess, because I don't have rocks or anything in there to get in it and I have a net on my pond to keep things from getting in it. It has been a constant issue with the one where at least twice a week I have to rush out and unplug and check it over then try to get it back in the pond to see if it will work again. I would like to exchange one, but it's outside the 30 days. They are good aside from one overheating.

Low Head Pressure
Loud. Very low flow with 4' of head. Only 15W and 400gal/hr, maybe that's the problem? I just use it as a pump to refill tanks after a water change, that's about the only use I have for them at this point.

Work great and have been running nonstop for a few months now. Flow is good but highly recommend to mesh bag the pumps in the water

Tried to contact the seller, but can’t. Would appreciate some customer service and a replacement, please.
