softer hair for beginner
the brush is on the softer side, so it's a bit tricky for a beginner to handle. it's also losing some of it hair after only couple weeks of use... hopefully it'll stop?? in all, it seems to write well enough after getting use to the softer brush than i'm used to. this brush so far has been the most expensive of the five different brushes i've used in 4 months i've started calligraphy... it was around $30+ with shipping. there are better beginner brushes out there for about $10 at reputable Chinese book stores.
