Didn't need anything fancy, but all the cheaper stands had reviews where they would not hold up the XPS 15 or Macbook Pro 16 very well. This one didn't seem to have any bad reviews, and the price was excellent. Very happy with it.Easy to adjust, no sagging due to weight, no wobble, and looks nice.

I work from home full time so I use this everyday. I love how its adjustable especially for video calls. I can angle it so that I have a flattering appearance on camera. Its sturdy and lightweight and frees up some desktop space.

I didn't know these things existed until I saw an article showing a picture of Megan Markle working on her laptop as it sat on a table atop a stack of books, bringing the screen up to her eye level. It was truly a "lightbulb" moment for me! I immediately began searching for the real deal on Amazon and gladly discovered they really are a thing!!! I decided on this product because of the good reviews, good price and it's not bad looking. I ordered two. One for me and one for hubby. We love them! I have suffered with chronic neck pain for almost ever and after a couple of weeks of using this baby with my laptop, my neck pain is miraculously much much better!!! Way to go whoever invented these wonderful laptop stands!!!

This stand works great , I bought it to hold my laptop on my workbench while using my laser engraver.It has plenty of friction to stay at a set position and it's lite and looks great. It has a nice brushed aluminum finish.When it's not being used it folds down just by pushing it flat and it's about an inch thick.Really nice......

This is a great stand. Holds my macbook very well, the hinges are tight so easily holds heavy notebook/laptop at desired hight/angle.. good for posture.. definitely recommended.

Sturdy, nice and no complaints

I like it. It stays upright and in place very well. The only thing is if you want to use it at maximum height you need to put something heavy on the base otherwise it will tumble immediately. But it feels very sturdy and it folds nicely into a very storage friendly space.
