This is my first Chromebook. This Chromebook is awesome. I love it. It turns into a tablet when you flip the screen to the back. Chrome OS is very easy to learn. I love how all the apps you need to work just pops up with a click. To make a right click, touch the ALT button and hold it while you tap the trackpad then choose which right click menu option you want from the pop up menu. To see your installed apps, you just tap the launch button. It’s a round circle on the left side of keyboard. I use it as a tablet to play games and when i need to type you just flip it back to laptop mode. Chromebooks have come a long way!

Received it in a perfect condition and performs very fast so I am using superior universal stylus pen that works great on touch screen and love it every minute in both home and car with (WiFi) hot spot build in. I use 125W USB C car charger adapter, PD65W & QC60W fast car charger, [Mini & Pull Ring Design] dual port metal type C cigarette lighter USB charger while traveling. I had the first Acer Chromebook 13 inches display for almost ten years without any problems even no viruses at all until no longer support the updates so decided to purchase this model because of latest tech features. Excellent product!

Had this Chromebook for a couple of months now and it doesn't disappoint at all. Literally does everything I need it to.

Got this when my NEW replacement Lenovo Chromebook broke after the original did the exact same thing (hinges between screen and keboard are cheap and weak. The right hinge snapped in BOTH CASES, after just a few days of use. Very cheaply made and put together.). It's faster than the 8MB Lenovos I had, lighter and the battery easily lasts 10 hours. The comments about the screen are accurate - it's not terrible but certainly not top of the line. I can live with it because i use the computer for basic work, I don't need movie pr gaming quality visuals. or YouTube videos. But considering the price, I can live with it. Definitely worth consideration if you're looking for a great budget Chromebook and can live with the screen being a notch less than most, I'd recommend it.

The screen resolution is fine for normal use (it's not an 85-inch TV.)It's really fun to have the Android features I'm used to from my Pixel phone on a laptop-tablet.My tech buddies looked askance, "You're buying a Chromebook?" One is an IT manager who works with all of the flavors of Linux, Windows, etc. Another is a game developer whose toolset is Unity.Unlike them, I'm doing language study where easy access to Google Drive, a reliable camera and mic, adequate battery, and a fun user experience are my values. I like to satisfy my wife on birthdays and holidays with gifts from Apple, but my value was to spend less than $500.00 and have that iPad touchscreen capability. This is quite an upgrade from my Samsung Tab 8 and formerly Tab 7. Love it!
