Using it for my cats in the garage since it gets really hot during the summer and really cold during the winter. Have yet to try out the heater for the winter but so far the A/C is solid. I have a decent sized garage btw. Enough for a large crossover plus additional space for a workshop.

I have purchased many portable AC units for my work bench in my garage but the Louisiana Summer heat puts them all to the test. This unit is strong and holds up to the heat and reduces the temperature by 20 degrees on a hot 110 degree day. The humidity is very high here but this unit uses the water collected to help keep it cool while still reducing the humidity in my three car garage.

I was stoked to have been able to purchase this right before the dreaded heat started rolling in.. I LOATHE the heat, so this was muuuchh needed!I was able to set it up easily and the window kit was easy enough to quickly figure out, got her up and running in no time and it honestly worked amazing for a few weeks.Then, it started to not be quite as effective and making weird sounds. Didn't sound like it did in the beginning so it freaked me out. I tried contacting someone for help and got no response, a few times. I tried troubleshooting with all the info I could access myself and I couldn't get it fixed and now it doesn't cool at all.Its an extremely over priced fan...UPDATE: Company did reach out to me and offered a partial refund OR a prepaid return label to return product! Their customer service was a breeze to work with ♡

The cooling part works great gets nice and cold

I was expecting it to break quickly. Its holding strong in vegas heat almost non stop in the summer. Never skipped a beat. The auto temp setting works great. My only issue is the swing should be able to aim higher.

I bought 2 of these units thinking they would cool our older Mobile Home, rather than to have to replace an old sick central unit. After getting the unit set up which I will admit is very simple, we have run this unit in our home in Florida. It has been brutally Hot this summer. The AC puts out nice Cold air ,but it just doesn't cool adequately. I have had to keep a 5 gallon bucket behind it to catch the condesent water from the unit. I have to empty this at least every 3 or 4 hours. I was planning on running a permanent drain outside in the event that the product cooled as I had anticipated. The unit to me is not what is advertised and doesn't do the job. It would probably be ok for a decent size bedroom, but if you live in a hot environment you have to continually empty your drainage or run a drain outside. I'm hoping to return the units back for a refund as I haven't even unpacked one of the units .

I love this thing! It’s not as noisy as a different brand I have in another room but both work well and I would buy again without hesitation!! Does a great job cooling the room out in and kicks off once it reaches the temp I have it set for. Just love it and you will too

It's a great air conditioner. At the end of last summer my unit stopped working and there was no way for me to move it by myself which is a total pain. I have a very small duplex so this unit is technically to big according to BTU's needed per square feet but personally I rather have it to big then for it to not be big enough. It took my me a minute to get it out of the box. Otherwise less than 30 minutes for me to get it all together and working. Felt the difference immediately within 30 minutes pretty much my whole place was cooled off. I highly recommend! I lucked out with a coupon and I had won a gift card so it made the price with shipping right at $200 and it's so easy to move. I couldn't be happier! Also it came two days before the earliest estimated window of delivery so I was elated about that as well.
