The arch lift is too close to the heel cup, there's a better solution
Its like they just extended the toe for the larger sizing. I'm a 10.5M and the arch lift started before my heel ended. So, they're not really that comfortable. They also take up a lot of height in the shoe. Making a lose fitting shoes too tight to wear comfortably. Comfort for insoles should be noted as not noticing that they're present. If the insole is letting you know its there, that's a fail. IMO, Cork and leather insoles still seems the only way to go. They cost three times as much, but its better than buying multiples of these middle of the road insoles trying to see what works. Cork and leather mold to your foot, foam and plastic don't. So, if you have pressure points with this style, you'll have them months from now too.

Very uncomfortable and caused multiple blisters
I probably should have read the reviews closer before I ordered these, but like the others said they are so uncomfortable. I got 4 blisters the first week I wore them. I do walk about 10 miles a day as a dog walker, but I’m only walking about six hours a day. I slowly built up to the entire 6 hours. The main issue that they are bulky and have no give. This made them run against my foot and gave me painful blisters.I did give them three stars because they really do support the ankle. I normally have ankle pain when I take my shoes off. This was totally eliminated by the insoles. If they were just a little softer they would be a wonderful product. I discontinued use after 10 days.

Great insole protectors
Support for fallen arches or just tired feet. Nice and thick. A bit pricey but worth it.

Awesome for plantar facilities
These insets are great to help with plantar facilities. I normally wear a woman's 6.5 or 7. So orederd the 7-7.5 size thinking I can always trim it down if needed. But they fit perfect in all my shoes. Bought 4 more pairs, so I can put them in all my shoes. They truly help with the pain! Make all my shoes supper comfortable now.

Entlastet die Ferse.
Diese Einlegesohlen entlasten die Fersen sehr gut. Anfangs sind sie sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber dann will man sie nicht missen. Sie heben den Rückfuß etwas an, damit man nicht direkt auf die Ferse auftritt, die ist dann weich gebettet und kann sich erholen, tut folglich weniger weh.Durch das Anheben des Rückfußes und die leicht erhöhte Fersenposition passen diese Schuheinlagen nicht für jeden Schuh oder man hat das Gefühl, dass die Ferse nicht mehr richtig sitzt.Made in China.

Gute Einlagen
Habe die Einlagen für meine Arbeitsschuhe gekauft so sind sie fast jeden Tag im Gebrauch, Anfangs muss man sich was dran gewöhnen, sie könnten etwas weicher sein, aber dafür stützen sie auch sehr gut den Fuss, würde sie wieder kaufen

Gute Unterstützung bei Fersensporn
Durch die Wölbung der Sohle wird der Spann optimal unterstützt und der Druck auf die Ferse gemindert. Kann ich empfehlen!

sehr gut zu tragen
Die Einlagen passen sich der Sohle an und entlasten den Fuss. Habe schon das 2. Paar gekauft ich bin 100% zufrieden
