Had a problem with the car, stopped going forward, but would reverse. Contacted Joywhale support, they asked for a short video of the issue. They decided what the problem was and immediately sent me a part to fix it with instructions. Repair was simple, it's back up and running.

We couldn't love this more. It was very easy to put together even with the minimal instructions. We've not had any issues with battery life or remote control use. It drives really well over rough terrain and has a lot of speed! My 3 year old LOVES it. I do think the radio is a bit odd for kids, as my toddler doesn't care and just presses the buttons but we seem to only listen to NPR or Christian radio... odd choices.

The controk with the remote cant be trusted and is weak and not as its advertised at all. The speajer and songs are weird and crackly. The batteries are garbage. It shorts out. Ive charged it and get 2 mins play and it goes dead. It cost so much money and has been nothing but a head ache.

Bought this for my daughter's 6th birthday. She's relatively small (barely 35lbs and pretty short), so I knew this would still work in a few years. She loves it, and it seems to work well with the remote. What I really love about the car is that it holds my weight (135 lbs). Now, I have to put my legs out the door, and I have to use the remote to drive around, since I can't get my legs under to reach the gas pedal, it's still really fun and my daughter thinks it's hilarious. Highly recommend for older kids... and maybe you're smaller adult!

I would like to give this little car a 5 star rating,it is a cute little car, with nice features. However the remote is extremely cheep and my grand babies are young so they don’t drive we use the remote and that really needs to be a lot better and analog would be a much better feature to have on the remote. Haven’t heard back from the seller yet but according to the manual the battery is NOT replaceable, this is not mentioned until purchased, and received. Only mentions this in the manual. We do have the 2 year protection on the car but didn’t plan that it is possible we can’t replace the battery and would require to replace the whole car. Waiting to hear back from the seller on this as it would be a return and refund if this is the case. I really hope not, it is a very cute car and the grand babies love it!

Put together, charged it, used it, went to eat, charged it again now not moving. Everything turns on when we push the pedal it jumps but no other movement. Will update review if I get help.Update: merchant has contacted me and will be replacing broken item. Will update once fixed and received.Update: got the module need to fix the item, took sometime but got it and this car goes almost anywhere. Solid and not easy to roll, meaning my son goes up and over hills that are pretty steep. After all accidental issue were fix would buy again. Updated for 3 stars to 5 stars.
