Solid but light-weight
Just used this for the first time this past weekend to make a broth. It worked perfectly I was able to easily pull all the solids out leaving a perfect broth free of particles.Meshing cleans up fast and easy!

Excellent Item
Build quality is excellent. The item arrived quickly and it is easy to clean and use. I use it for my chicken broth and to make raspberry sauce for my cheesecake. Also to be honest the price was excellent and is a decent size.

Super sauces.....
I use this when making Indian food such as butter chicken. That sauce has to be silky smooth to be right and this thing works better than the standard SS mesh strainer that I was using previously. Highly recommend it. It is a bit hard to clean but that is only because of the dual mesh construction. This is also what helps make it work so well so the trade off in the extra 3 minutes of clean up is worth it to me.
