Color Drops, Liquid Serum Blush, 73.0g/15 ml/0.5 fl oz (Forbidden Fruit)

This blush gives your cheeks a natural dewy, youthful glow. Love this stuff! Pink Nectar is my favorite shade. I gently tap it over my cheekbones with my fingers after applying foundation. The formula is light yet buildable for that perfect pop of color to your cheeks. It gives me the best youthful dewy glow that lasts all day. I will purchase this again when I run out. The bottle seems like it would last a while though.

Such a beautiful formula, but not at all lilac. On my skin it produced a reddish flush, similar to being out in the cold during a harsh winter day. I was surprised. I wanted a soft lavender blush to wear with powder blue and purple outfits. I am very fair and it still had this reddish effect on my skin. If your skin tone is ultra cool, this might look a little bit closer to lilac. I wish EM would make a true lilac color similar to what we see with Korean cosmetics brands.

I appreciate the long-lasting wear of this product. The formula works well with almost all of my foundations. However, I have noticed that no matter how tightly I close it, there is a small amount of leakage.

I’m a blush girl and really rely on it to liven up my face. I really like this blush from EM and think the founder, Michelle Phan is a super cool chic! I bought the Sunset color and the Pink Nectar color and both are pigmented, but smooth out to a sheer flush. I’d give this product 5 stars if the packaging was improved. My only criticism is the dropper. The dropper shaft is wobbly and feels like it’s going to dislodge from the top squeezy part. I’m concerned that it’s going to fall out of the cap one day as I’m applying the blush. The bottle is modern and attractive, but is smaller than expected. At this price point, I expect a more durable dropper to match the gorgeous blush. I’m tempted to return this, but the blush is that good! I’ll use it for now, but maybe only rebuy if the dropper improves.

This product… is “wow” in a bad way. I was so excited to find a cool-toned lilac blush in a serum format that looked good on a myriad of complexions (I’m a cool, fair-light for reference). When this product arrived, I was immediately disappointed with the quality of the packaging. The dropper component is super loose, feels very cheap, and wiggles around when I’m trying to dispense product. The product itself is also not very good quality- the serum is not hydrating, as advertised, nor is it sheer/buildable. This product leaves a really harsh purple hue anywhere it’s applied and is not easy to blend, like most other liquid/serum/cream blushes. I would say the swatches online are also not accurate to the color I received- I was hoping for a watercolor, pastel cool-tone pinky-lavender and this was basically royal purple. Even blended out or diluted with foundation/highlighter, this blush is basically just purple on my skin. Unfortunately, this is the second product in a row from this brand that’s been disappointing (the Divine Skies eye shadow palette was also poor quality), so I think I’m done with EM Cosmetics for awhile.

I love this product! I ordered pink nectar and use my fingers to dab it on my cheeks and it gives me the most wonderful glow. I have med tan skin and it goes on nicely. The consistency is like a serum. It comes in a cute bottle and it’s very easy to apply. Love it

I have dry skin, and this blush is so oily it made me badly break out almost instantly.

Love my color for spring (Sunset Sky)! I love that I can use my fingers and don't need a brush. Super convenient and love that day glow it gives.
