Superb quality, premium looking and all-round microphone
Let me start by saying I upgraded to the Rode NT-USB+ from a Blue Yeti microphone.Easy to setup. Software is not my personal favourite but works.I personally use this for streaming and gaming - often chatting with friends in discord who have all said it sounds amazing and very professional. Great background noise cancelling and can be quite easily adjusted using software if needed.Uses a USB Type-C cable connection so can even be connected to many newer android phones, PCs, laptops, and other devices with this connection port.Has a headphone jack which can be hooked up for feedback. Aside from this, not really many physical dials on the hardware itself, but lots of features built in that can be adjusted using the software.Love the premium quality pop filter which comes with it. It works well and gives it that professional studio look. It also comes with a great stand that works well and sits at a nice angle but I have mine on a boom arm mount out of personal preference so I can move and adjust it's positioning with easy. Easy to attach to boom arm, no problems there.Definitely worth the price - comparable to many more expensive microphones on the market. Good value for money in my opinion.

Absolutely fantastic quality, has taken my YouTube channel to a new level
So after starting my YouTube channel 5 months ago, one thing that really stood out was poor audio quality, I had previously used the Hyper X S Quadcast mic, which was not only problematic with OBS but also causing issues with low volume.I was becoming increasingly frustrated, so started looking at alternatives, the Rode was a well known brand that seemed a good option.I have been so blown away by the difference, the quality is exceptional not only the build quality but sound quality is absolutely superb, my advice you pay for what you get, yes this is more expensive than many other options but it is exponentially better in every way. It also benefits from needing no additional software and is plug and play, the inclusion of a pop filter is also great, as these are often an optional extra.Really pleased to recommend this amazing product, i’m now going to get the Rode arm to match.

Takes a while to get it set up but once you've found the best settings, it's really good
I upgraded to this from a Blue Yeti and I'm pleased I did. Also pleased I got it cheaper via the Amazon Marketplace! I wanted it so I can record YouTube videos - I play woodwind instruments and also talk about the music, so I wanted a mic that could handle both in a way that sounded good, for voice AND musical instruments, resulting in recordings which don't need much tweaking on my video editing software. I'd also done a lot of research on this mic and liked the way you seem to get as good a mic with USB-C as the XLR version.Out of the box on connecting to my Asus laptop with Windows 11, the result was...... NOTHING!!! I spent AGES googling for solutions and trawling through YouTube videos. In the end I discovered you have to disable a couple of Intel audio settings in the laptop setup! Then it worked. Just.So I googled software options. RODE produce at least 3, all of which I downloaded, but ended up opting for RODE Unify as not only can you tweak the settings on the mic (see misc YouTube videos) but you can record too. With the Blue Yeti I'd used Audacity, but the RODE PodMic USB recorded REALLY QUIETLY regardless of how many tweaks I did on Audacity, so I'm actually finding that the Unifty software does the job for me. I record using it and then export the file to my choice of folder which I then upload into my video editing software along with the visuals to make videos.I use PowerDirector, and was delighted to discover that the recordings required pretty much no tweaking to get the right sound. All I needed to do was to increase the volume on the track.I wanted a mic where I could talk, then play music, then talk, without having to tweak the voice and music separately. Once I'd got the settings right on Unify, after quite a bit of testing, it's all worked out really well. Both voice (talking) and woodwind instrument (alto baroque recorder) sound great. The mic also screws into an existing boom arm I have which is good, too. It doesn't come supplied with a stand. So to conclude: once you've worked out how to set it up, get it working and get the right settings for you, this is a really good mic. Straight out of the box and plugged into the Asus laptop with Windows 11, it DOES NOT WORK until you fiddle with the Intel settings and download RODE software like Unify.

An excellently portable USB-C mic
Really happy with this mic. I did loads of research before settling on this mic, and the reviewers were right. It takes a little getting used to in terms of using it alongside the app, but once you get the levels right, it’s a great studio-quality mic.I bought this for my iPad, to use with Logic. I was going to buy a USB-C audio interface, but wanted something small enough to travel with. This is the best of both worlds: works like an audio interface and is compact enough to take on the road.An excellent buy, I think.

Great Quality
Meets my needs as it provides a good quality sound from a somewhat small device. Very easy to set up, basically plug and play. Has a good weight to it so it won’t be falling everywhere. Great quality for any musician or podcaster.

Amazing!
I really like this microphone, the stand can be shifted and when it's aligned it's sturdy. The Rode mic is amazing, better than what I expected!
