Where in the washing machine do you put it? In the drum or wash powder bit?

I put it in the detergent compartment of the washing machine drawer, so it's washed into the machine at the start of the wash cycle. I hope this helps.

If your machine has a build up of grease, this powder will help to get rid of it, you might need to use it more than once if you haven't used a cleaning product before. I put some in the machine drawer, and empty the rest inside the drum. Run it empty on hot cycle, 60 degrees or hotter. Hope this works for you, then do it once month after.
