I have had this set for almost 6 months now. Like many people, I needed to find a new way to exercise after the gym ceased to be an option!These bands have proven to be very versatile. There are so many on the market that it can be a bit of a minefield trying to work out which ones are decent and which are best left alone. Through friends and relatives who have also had sets, I am happy to say that I seem to have dropped on one of the better sets with these.The good points:+ Good quality bands, carabiners and "D" rings, which gives you confidence in using them.+ Very versatile. I do a daily routine of 20-25 different exercises with these.+ "Stackable" resistance, which means that you can use multiple bands at the same time to increase the resistance level.+ Foam handles are soft and comfortable, with a decent amount of foam padding.+ Ankle straps are lightly padded and a decent width. Many I have seen have no padding at all and are narrow and uncomfortable.The not-so good points:- The accompanying exercise booklet doesn't give you a great range of exercises, but it is easy enough to find ideas online.- The stuff bag is a little on the small side. One of the great things about these bands is that you can take them anywhere, but it takes away from the convenience factor if you have to struggle to get them back into the bag. Fortunately, I had a spare stuff bag that was a better size and I use that instead.But all in all, these are definitely a recommended buy. Reliable quality at a price that won't break the bank.

These are great bands for working out at home. I ordered two sets and had a minor issue with one set. The issue was dealt with quickly and I received a new set the following day. Very impressed with the bands and the customer service!

The bands are great to use, I've really enjoyed using them. However the durability seems a little lacking. After just a few days of use the 80lb band snapped on me while doing back kicks, whipping my shin in the process. And although the injury is very minor, it could have been much worse had I been doing something like lat pull downs.My recommendation is that if you're looping the band through the door anchor, as opposed to clipping it on, ensure its for an exercise that you're pulling both sides simultaneously, to avoid the band been worn against the loop of the anchor.

I wish I'd bought one of these resistance band sets sooner. For a small amount of money you get tremendous versatility and instant access to a wide range of exercises to turn your home into a gym at minimal cost.The bands can be used individually or in various combinations to provide different levels of resistance, and in some situations there's the option of doubling the bands.The door stop attachment is the star of the show here, as it turns your doorway into an anchor point for the bands, and you can place it high, low or anywhere in between depending on what exercise you wish to perform. I am also impressed by the inclusion of a 'do not enter' sign to hang on the door to stop family members from inadvertently opening the door while you're in a vulnerable position; this could potentially prevent accidents and injuries.A manual is included that illustrates the many options for exercising and details which muscles are targeted, and the whole set packs into a stuff bag that takes up very little room.I cannot comment on durability as I've yet to use the set for an extended period of time, but my initial impression is that everything appears to be quite durable; I have no immediate concerns.Overview: fantastic value that provides many options at low cost and takes up minimal space.Five out of five from me.

These are great for working out with. They are great value for money and I can highly recommend them. They are very versatile and easy to use.

I bought this set of bands back in March of this year but didn't want to give a review until I'd put them into use for several months.I've used them *every day* singularly and in various combinations and have had no issues with tearing or snapping. I use them mainly for chest and arm exercises so the resistance needs to be heavy and there are enough combinations of resistance levels (for now).The door attachment loop is a bit on the long side so I had to modify it to make it shorter as the door in my workout area is in a narrow space and the extra inches of the loop forced me to stand further away from the door to get the right tension on the bands. Before shortening the loop, there was not enough room to fully stretch out the bands before I hit the opposite wall.If I have to say anything negative, the foam grips on the handles tend to squeak when they turn (which is on every rep) and it can be annoying. They also don't feel particularly sturdy, but they don't feel flimsy either.Overall, I love this set of bands, use them every day, and would buy them again. Great price for the quality. It would be nice if they also sold the bands separately as I'd like to get another black band (the thickest one).For what it's worth, I'm 5'7", 160 lbs and have been weight training for more than 2 decades. My chest development was lacking because there were certain moves I couldn't do with dumbbells and these bands have enabled me to mimic those moves satisfactorily. Since March (it's now September) I have seen a definite improvement in chest development (not size so much as definition and tone, which is my goal). I attribute this to these resistance bands as that's the only change I've made in my workout.

Also ich trainiere 2 mal die Woche mit dem Set und bin mit der Haltbarkeit sehr zufrieden.Ich benutze eine Latzugstange für das Bizepstraining, einfach die Karabiner einhaken und die Bänder mit den Füßen oder einer Lasche am Boden fixieren und los.Habe die anderen Teile habe ich eher selten genutzt, funktioniert aber ebenfalls sehr gut, nur beachten sollte man dabei eine stabile Tür zu benutzen.
