I flip-flopped on how I felt about this. My dog's fur is definitely softer and more "showy" after using this. The scent is subtle and similar to hotel shampoo. However, I'm not sure if this really made a big enough difference for me to see it as essential. Maybe if you're competing and need that fraction of a percent to bring your dog from second to first place, but that doesn't seem like a common use.Ultimately, it's an interesting conditioner. It helped even out my dog's coat and give it a soft feel, but I'm not sure if there's a use case for this beyond show dog circuits.
