Practical guide to move towards gluten free nutrition
Wheat Less: A Guide to a Gluten-Free Life by Ryan Fernando is a comprehensive guide to live a gluten-free life. The book covers everything starting from the basics of gluten-free nutrition to tips on living a gluten-free lifestyle. My Thoughts on The BookThe book is a complete guide to lead a gluten-free lifestyle and the best thing about the book is it covers all basics including relation of gluten with different entities like diabetics, children and different alternatives of gluten products to start with transformation of gluten-free nutrition.Following are the points that made me fall in love with this book:As I started reading the book, I had thought of being unable to finish this book. But to my surprise, the way of writing of the author fascinated me to read it completely and accepting some of its changes to give a try on myself of the gluten-free lifestyle. The book is full of examples from the author’s experience with his clients and the success story that made me give it a thought to choose gluten-free food products. It is a well-written and informative book. The author has made it simple in a way a non-reader will get attached to it and understand complex topics. The best part is the list of cafes, stores providing gluten-free products. Also, there are several gluten-free recipes to start with like pizza, pasta, sandwich etc., both for vegetarians and non-vegetarian.It has personal anecdotes and stories from the author's clients helping to humanize the book. The book is truly a practical guide to understand benefits of gluten-free lifestyle.Overall, Wheat Less is a valuable resource for anyone who is considering a gluten-free diet. The book is well-written, informative, and practical. It is a must-read for anyone who wants to learn more about gluten-free nutrition and lifestyle.

Poor quality
Paper is of extremely poor quality, I understand the price point and Ryan's efforts to spread awareness by keeping it affordable for every1, however the publication should come up with sth better

An eye opener of a book
Ryan’s impressive nutrition knowledge is obvious from the very first page. The book was very easy to read and also enjoyable as everything is explained in layman’s terms. Ryan’s sense of humor shines through the entire book. Definitely convinced me to avoid gluten food items from now on.
