I had earlier made the mistake of buying a cheap eye mask with an elastic strap. It kept stretching and finally got too large to wear. When looking for a replacement I was skeptical about this adjusting strap. I decided to try it and I am so glad I did! I was afraid it would be uncomfortable. It's not! When I'm sleeping on the same side as the strap I usually don't feel it but when I do I just turn the mask inside out and then the small plastic used for adjusting is no longer on the side I'm sleeping on!

Easy to follow instructions for fit. I went from snoring loud every night to not snoring when I wear it. My concern is if I wore this or any device like it every night that it would eventually move my jaw/forward. Now if I am snoring bad, and get woken up by my boyfriend, I will wear it. Perfect for trips/traveling with others.

I have not snored once since using this product. I don't know how I went so long without it.

I have tried various snoring stopping products and most were either uncomfortable or just makes me look very weird when sleeping (the chin guard stuff). This product was easy to use and clean. And worked. Price was fair. I got to use a 4$ coupon from amazon so it wasn’t too bad. Told my dad about it and he got one for himself as well. Overall. Good product. Because its price is only a few tens of dollars, we can't ask it to compare with professional equipment.
