This blanket is great for the beach. It’s a super lightweight but durable material. It is easy to shake sand off. The corners have pockets you can fill with sand, which helps it stay where you want and not blow away. It’s very small and compact in the carry case. I didn’t try to fold it back up how it came. I just did it like a stuff sack.

This blanket was the perfect item for the beach. Compact and lightweight and super easy to set up. Stayed in place all day in 20mph winds. Definitely a must have for those ocean front naps.

We purchased this blanket for watching the total solar eclipse in a grassy park-like area, which we were traveling to by plane. It was super compact and thus easily packable, which was our top priority. Despite how thin it was it did the job very well. The included stakes were key because it was windy and they were necessary to secure the blanket to the ground. I have one question though - Is it machine washable? There was nothing in the description regarding that and there was no tag or insert with the blanket to instruct how to wash it.

We bought this for using at the beach as towels can be so messy. This was compact, lightweight and waterproof which made our time at the beach so much more enjoyable. It truly came as advertised which was appreciated. The stakes it came with were easy to use and came in handy keeping it in place. We will not be going back to towels anymore! Do yourself a favor and pick one up for yourself as you will not be disappointed.

We bought the 9 x 10 Wekapo just to ensure there was lots of room. I like the fact it is lightweight, stores in your beach bag and the sand brushes right off. For the big one, you need two people or it will get away from you when setting up. Stains from suntan lotion get on it but to be expected, who cares. My only frustration is packing it back up in the storage bag. The storage bag is "attached to the blanket". If you don't fold it up to the right dimensions, it is a "stuff" and you don't want to do that because the bag fabric is not that strong, it is similar to the Wekapo itself.I would suggest the company keep the bag separate from the blanket and use a little stronger fabric. I do not envision the bag holding up for long considering it's current configuration.Note: be considerate when packing up your blanket and don't shower the other people on the beach with sand that are downwind 😳

We loved our beach blanket for our recent trip to Florida. The size was excellent for 4 adults and 2 kids. The blanket was thin and light weight but it worked well for keeping us cool and minimizing trapping sand. The best part is how easily if folds back up into its container, about the size of a water bottle.

I bought this for a family vacation to the ocean and there were going to be 9 of us using it. We had other towels laid out as well but this was perfect for the middle! Great for lager group. I also have a 1 year old and we have used it since for just us, it gives her lots of space to crawl if we're avoiding the sand! It repacks easily, just buy stuffing it in! Light weight. Overall love it 🙂

Packable and well thought out. The storage bag is attached to the blanket and can be used as storage for car keys, or other items when the blanket is in use. The corners each have a pocket for sand or to tuck other weighted items to anchor the blanket in wind. In addition there are stakes provided. The fabric is also quick dry. I look forward to using this blanket for years.
