this powder is good, l mix it with coconut oil
this powder is good, l mix it with coconut oil, organic Tumeric powder, Ceylon cinnamon, vanilla bean paste, ground flax and vanilla Rice Dream and drink before eating every morning, used to add honey to it before l got the Reisha but the tastes do not mix. People who have not seen me for a while say l shine, l think l do, can see a difference in photographs of myself...

Where are the Benefits??
Used half of the pack so far and feel no changes/benefits at all. May be I have to use it for years to feel any. But the terrible taste it has not sure I can tolerate even for the sake of possible benefits if any. Keep trying.
