The St Peters Micro Brewery Features: St Peters Brewery Beer Kit - One of our most popular beer kits range. St. Peter’s Brewery is based at St. Peter South Elmham, near Bungay in Suffolk. The brewery itself was built in 1996 and is housed in an attractive range of traditional former agricultural buildings adjacent to St. Peter’s Hall. Priming Drops - Your beer needs priming with sugar in the bottles for secondary fermentation, which creates the carbonation, otherwise they would be flat with no head retention. These drops are made in the UK for UK measurements. Simply drop one in for light carbonation or 2 for standard carbonation. 40 Brown PET Bottles With Black Screw Top Bottles – Perfect for storing your home brew in. Re-usable and strong. Fermenting Vessel - A high quality food grade fermenting vessel for fermenting your ingredients. Includes a 6 chamber airlock for keeping your brew airtight. Bottling stick and tap with anti-sediment filter trap - Forget the old days of syphoning into each bottle, getting most of it on the floor. With the little bottler, bottling up your brew couldn't be easier, simply push the bottle up onto the automatic valve and watch it fill to the perfect height, leaving all the sediment behind for a perfect finished beer. Mixing Paddle - Food grade paddle for mixing and aerating your wort. Stevenson Reeves Hydrometer with Trial Jar - Quality hydrometer for testing the fermentation stages of your wort. Cleaner/Steriliser - The most important rule of home brewing is to keep your equipment clean. Stick On LCD Thermometer - A handy sticky back LCD thermometer which you can stick on to your fermenting vessel to ensure it stays at an ideal brewing te

First step on the road to being a master brewer.
Got the box and couldn't believe that everything I ordered was contained in the box. Great packaging. Read the instructions a couple of times then got down to business. Following instructions and using equipment provided I had my first batch made up and ready for fermenting within an hour of starting. It says leave for 5-10 days and check hydrometer(provided)for specific gravity to know when primary fermentation is complete. Decant into bottles(provided) add dextrose tablets(provided) into each bottle and give them time for second fermentation. The only other things you need for this project is a tin opener, water and a heat source to loosen the malt in the tins. The only thing they don't help you with is drinking it, but then again I shouldn't need help with that. Bottling tonight so I should have one hell of a hangover in about 4 weeks time.
