It was great at first glance, the material actually seems better than what you except for a child's book bag however there was small a gross smudge inside the bag, and a couple of hairs at the bottom inside. I just opened it 'new' or at least I thought it was new.Also inside is a silky material with a pocket. It's a weird off-white color, I guess I wasn't expecting the look of the inside. Otherwise feels sturdier than most children's bookbags. But I thought I was ordering this brand new for my sibs birthday, In the condition it's in, I don't know if it's fit to be a birthday present. I might return.I get that the smudge is tiny, but it grossed me out, especially when I thought I was buying a brand new product

It's ok
I was so happy to get this for my son, the second day the zipper broke. i was so sad about it. i was not going to waste my time into returning it, but we have made it work so far. It is a super adorable and perfect size for him.

Not too big but big enough to carry snacks, toys, my sons drink and tablet on the plane! Exactly what we were wanting!
