I use it for my both hands it helps me a little pretty good and i feel the numbness has gone after an hour.

Do not care for the strong smell but comes with the territory. (Cooling ).

This stuff is amazing and helped my back better than anything else I ever tried.

Do not waste your time or money on this product. It has a very strong odor that is offensive and can easily be noticed by others. Only mildly effective. Was looking for a more affordable alternative to PENETREX. Still Looking!

The product works well, what I did not care for was that it's thin and actually pours out of the jar.It also has a very greasy feel and it's hard to wash of the hands even with soapy water. Very strong menthol odor.

Good for minor acts and pains. Non-greasy, no -irritating. It’s a great price and it works well!

I have degenerative disks in my neck with pinched nerves that radiate into my back and arms making sleep difficult. I have had injections from my doctor, with little result, so have been trying several OTC products. I have gotten some relief with mixed results from lidocaine patches and lotions so decided to try a different type of product. This is mostly "natural" ingredients and the reason I tried it over others is that it was on sale.It has a strong menthol scent that dissipates within a few minutes and it actually relieves my discomfort better than most other products I have tried. My main criticism is that it only lasts for a few hours and I have to get up during the night to reapply it. Even on sale, this is still rather expensive, so I had hoped for more long-lasting relief.
