Technically this is the book, yes it has everything you need but!!!!!!! The issue is it’s the size of a pocket guide, and the writing inside is so tiny, it’s hard to see even with my glasses. I use my hand as a reference, so you can clearly see it is so small I cannot even use it. Although, there is a bigger one available, also you can download an app that has the same info. Hope this helps.
