Does what your gallbladder used to: deliver much needed bile to digest your food. Without it you are not able to absorb food value any where near "well." The effect was very noticeable to me after only one day in energy level and lack of hunger - comparatively speaking. Also, for those with acid reflux and possibly taking Prilosec or Pantoprazole to control stomach acid this product does not contain any hydrochloric acid to work against you. I have no stomach discomfort at all with these.

I was happy to find an affordable digestive enzyme with ox bile. I liked the beet and other good ingredients. My first dose showed little effect. I have no GB, and digestion so bad I literally pass many foods undigested and recognizable. SO I thought maybe chewing up the tablets would help them work. THey are NASTY. But that seemed to help it work to digest some food that I otherwise would not have been able to. I still have bloating. I don't like having to chew the nasty pill before I eat so I prob wont reorder.

There's nothing I just like about this product it has helped me tremendously

the bile salts really did it for me and the 2nd day already the bloating has completely disappeared.

I can't use it because someone put a sticker over the directions. When I tried to remove the sticker it tore the lable. So it would be great if someone would get back to me on the directions on how, when etc to take these pills

This product seems to work better than most I've tried over the years...since I had my gallbladder removed several years ago I've tried many products and have had a hard time with digestion....but this seems to be working better
