I ran out of potassium, which I need when I start in earnest on exercise. This is a huge bottle. I'm thrilled. Great pricing and great product. I have so much now!

I relied on the seller's photographic representation of the product to make my choice of potassium supplement.In the seller-posted photograph of the bottle with label, there is a large "600mg" with much smaller "per serving" on the front label.This does not match the label on the product I was shipped. That otherwise identical label states 99mg on the front of the bottle. The back of the bottle clearly states that the serving size is 99mg (only 2% of the RDA). This is far less than I need and less than 1/6 of what I believed I would receive based on the photo that does not match the product shipped.This is an edited review. After my initial review, in which I included both screen shot of the photo used by the seller and photos of what I was shipped, the seller changed its photo to reflect that the product only contains 99mg per capsule and the dose is 99mg (not 600mg).This photo change does not change the listing I relied on at the time I purchased the product, change my experience of receiving less than 1/6 of the potassium I believed I would receive (far less than I need) or my opinion that the 99mg (2% of the RDA) instead of the 600 mg I believed I would receive is an extraordinarily poor value.I remain 100% dissatisfied.

Not to big, easy to swallow

This is a great product for the price. They are super easy to swallow, I personally have no issues at all. The taste isn’t all to bad, shouldn’t be a big problem. Potassium is a great vitamin to take so I highly recommend this!

This potassium gluconate supplement is in capsule form and the daily dosage is 1 per day. As others have mentioned the label on the front of the bottle lists each serving size as 595mg but on the back label each capsule is listed as 99mg. I compared this to a different potassium I was taking in caplet form and it has 99mg listed as the amount per pill on the front and back labels. Other than the possible misleading dose info on the front of the bottle's label I will leave it at that. I mainly take potassium gluconate to help alleviate leg cramps which I sometimes get especially at night time. You can also get this supplement from bananas but this is a much more convenient and quick to take in capsule form. Any time I have been sweating a lot from working out in the heat or excercising I seem to get leg cramps at night so this is a great daily supplement for me to keep from getting cramps in my hamstrings which are horribly painful especially when being woken in the middle of the night with them! As for the company BulkSupplements.com, I have purchase many other supplements from them in the past and have been very pleased with all of them. As with this product, they offer a lot of their supplements in various sizes from capsules to powder form in thick foil bags and I recommend their products to others.
