If you have a phone case, try taking it out. Also is your phone a newer model that is able to magsafe charge? If it still does not work, go to Apple Support for more info.

Q: Does it really support an iPhone 13? Because I purchased 2 products before that said the same thing and found it false when receiving the product.

It charges it. On my 2016 Honda and my husband’s 2020 Chevy will not connect to apple car play unless you connect Bluetooth but still not CarPlay just Bluetooth for music. Hope that helps. The magnet is strong and it does charge wireless but beyond that it’s not what I hopped I was getting
