This electronics on this safe works great. The door is thick but the top, bottom, and side panels are too thin. The paper manual is vague. However, the video is very helpful setting up security. Overall, it serves my purpose.

Came as described, easy to understand directions. I love the multiple locking options.

Bought for a gift, my son tried to open it and the key didn’t unlock it, in fact it got stuck in the lock and will not come out. . Not made very well, seems cheaply made. Locking mechanism jiggles like it’s loose. Directions seemed okay but no troubleshooting advice and no one to contact. I thought I was getting a better safe, this one was a little more expensive than others. It’s not a better safe, disappointing Christmas gift that will be returned.

The setup is very easy and this safe is easy to use and makes getting into it fast and easy. It's extremely flexible with many options including keys, fingerprints, and numerical password. This is not a fire safe! It will however keep your precious items secured and has limited fire safety. Most fireproof safes have a limited time to be effective in case of a fire anyway. I purchased this safe as a means to safeguard my items and have lightning access to anything I put into the safe. This safe for being smaller feels pretty secure and I don't hesitate to use it for sensitive stuff.

Easy to get into because of the key hole. Alarms don’t work that great either.

This home safe is an adequate size for important documents like wills, property deeds, car titles, etc. It may be a good idea to put such documents in fire resistant bags within the safe. I like the locking features and removable shelf design for versatile use of valuable objects. I also like that it is made of steel and has predrilled holes for mounting it to the floor or wall.

I needed a safe for my pistols and ammunition that I could open quickly.I was able to set up the safe until I got to the fingerprint registration. I followed instructions but was unable to get a single successful fingerprint into the system.I had to go overseas so the the fingerprint was not paramount, just securing the firearms and ammunition while away. I will revisit the fingerprint issue when I return and see if it is a me issue or a product problem, however I have a smaller gun safe that worked immediately, so I do not think it is me.The safe itself has sufficient capacity for all my ammo, probably about 1500 rounds of 45 acp and 9 mm, and room for the 45 and the 9mm pistols.The inside of the door intrudes into the safe space so you have to be careful not to stack items past the frame. I am using the safe on the floor, face up, so I took out the shelf as it is a waste of space in that orientation.Once I had it stacked and packed and the six digit code locked in it was ready to go. No fingerprints as stated. The physical keys are stashed away. If the battery goes flat you must use them. No USB override.The safe is too heavy for anyone to carry out and well concealed. With the extensive home security installed, I feel that I have done the best I can to prevent unauthorized access to the firearms by using this safe.The construction is reasonable. It is not a safe that is going to deter a real professional. The metal is too thin for that. It is going to keep out the opportunist burglar/junkie who will be so delayed by the safe that the police will arrive for a silent alarm call in time to haul the offender away.A good, affordable compromise (if the fingerprints will work) for security for children in the house and a weapon is needed.

Thing is all you need to keep things, well safe! Easy to use, not as heavy gauge as I would have liked, but that comes with a price.We have many high end and expensive safes, but this one seems good enough for everyday protection.

Good bang for the buck as it is difficult to buy a fire proof safe for a decent price that won't get delivered with a fireproof bag. When anchored to the floor, the bottom of the safe flexed a little and may give the impression that it will give, so due to installing mine in a corner of a closet I braced the top back and and top side by mounting a couple of braces screwed to the wall studs and pressing down on the safe, and no more movement.

The safe arrived in just a couple of days. It has a nice fit and finish and has solid construction There are 6 large holding pins and hidden hinges that make it difficult to break in to.It comes with mounting hardware ( you will need appropriate screws though) along with instructions and two keys.There was an issue with it at first that I was able to correct after contacting the seller. They got back to me right away and were very good communicating with me.I had trouble setting up the thumbprints at first, and the seller encouraged me to view the instructional video. That was excellent, and showed quickly how to do it right. Some reviews have complained that after setting it up, the safe would open with any fingerprint. This happens if you have not followed the fingerprint process correctly.The interior is finished nicely - all sides are covered in a rug type material so valuables will not be scratched.I appreciated the separate interior box - good for smaller items like jewelry or trading cards, etc.There are hooks on the back of the door to conveniently hang chains or bracelets or watches even.There is a built-in alarm that goes off if you put in the code incorrectly more than 3 times. It also goes off if you bang on the safe or try to move it.The alarm is loud enough you could hear it throughout a home, but it wouldn't disturb neighbors if you're in an apartment or condo.We bought the 2.3 Cu. Ft. version. It's big enough to hold expensive cameras and medium sized lenses.Thanks to the excellent customer service, this is a recommended purchase.

a very satisfying product to my simple needs , for my wife and her daily jewelry , it has a wide space inside , with a drawer , the door is thick , has many ways to open key , biometric and number , its a bit difficult to set the numbers , we used the key , also have an alarm sound system for anyone trying to open it with wrong number and biometrics .the only thing that its too heavy .
