Correct fitment and decent weight. Looks good too. Way less expensive than the OEM replacement, but very similar overall. Did not notice any difference in shifting once installed.

Fit 2015 Mazda 3 Stick Great but felt too small
I have medium sized hands and the knob just felt too small, if I had small hands, you might like it. Fit and finish were great but I sent it back.

Great replacement shift knob
Super happy with this shift knob. It is a replacement to my OEM knob that was falling apart. Visually it looks identical. It is lighter in weight than the OEM knob. If you know how that will impact your driving, then keep that in mind when purchasing. If you don't know what difference it makes and just daily drive your car, it will be very minimal and you won't even notice the difference after a week of driving.

This fit my 2012 Mazda3 base model. Unscrew the old one and screw on the new one. Looks like the original, and feels nice and new.
