The media could not be loaded.  My teen had fun building this chest. The instructions were easy to follow and the result is a fun little decoration to keep on a shelf. The finished product looks just like the pictures. Only drawback is, that while it does have hinges, it can't really open and close because it falls apart very easily so it probably wouldn't be great for a child who wants to actually play with it.

I don't play D&D, but I love the Mimic. When I saw this set, I had to have it to display on my desk!The set is Lego compatible and most of the parts are easy to connect. The instructions are clear with regard to brick placement, but due to brick colors being close to each other, can be difficult to tell which color to use since the manual is printed a bit darker. I had one brick (pictured) that came completely broken in two. As the box was undamaged, and it was inside a sealed bag, it was definitely defective from the factory. Easy enough to replace.The set was easy to assemble (took me under and hour) but the biggest issue is that the teeth kept popping out. The single circular bricks have a hole in the center of the stud but it is just a tiny bit too large to hold the teeth firmly in place. As I am displaying the build, not a big deal, but may cause issues if you are going to use it during an RPG to play.All in all, I love the build. It looks great, is a nice size and is very displayable!

The product looks just like the image in the description. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and I was quite impressed with the result. I have considered getting him the beholder set to go with this. Love this product!

The set starts out pretty straight forward, the instructions can feel a little unclear due to the colors of the bricks being a bit less vibrant in the manual. There were a few steps that didn't show everything which caused me to miss a few placements. Easy to remedy though.Biggest problem with this set is the lid attached to just a 2x1 brick with a hinge with nothing holding it down, so if you lift it, chances are, it will fall right off. Which brings me to the tedious teeth falling out over and over any time you touch them just right. I swear I had to put the teeth in a dozen times before I finally finished it off.Looks great on a shelf, just don't touch it. I'd honestly recommend some glue on this one if you want it to remain on display without concerns of it falling apart if someone bumps anything around it.

This come with many small pieces and the directions can be difficult to follow but it looks exactly as pictured. Love it

After I struggled with getting the instructions (my fault, i just had to download a PDF reader), it was a breeze. I've never built anything with connecting blocks before and this was fun and a decent challenge! Came out so cute!

Thought my grandson would like the look of this. It can be a little difficult to assemble due to the similar colors of pieces but we got it done. The main complaint is the teeth fall out a lot. I would suggest using glue on them if you are planning to keep this all in one piece and not take apart to rebuild.

The teeth were a bit tedious, but overall a nice set. No missing pieces, and looks like the listing.
