For me, these pack a punch, at half the recommended dose of (1) capsule. I tried these on a day I shorted myself on sleep at (6) hours and I was groggy in the afternoon. I drink a pint of gourmet-beans coffee in the morning that has a decent caffeine content. I’m retired and in my 70s and usually have the opportunity to get (7) or (8) hours of sleep.
