It isn’t Smart Cafe it’s Zyliss, and it leaks grounds into the drink. Mis-sold as Smart Cafe.

Not as good as the older ones.
So this is my second one of these mugs.The first had a much better seal on the plunger.The new mug let’s too many coffee grounds through when it’s pushed down.I bought a new set because the old plunger fell apart after years of use.New plunger works better in old cup, funny old world.Shame as I love this mug.

Great little coffee plunger
Years ago I had a Smartcafe mug which was great for making nice coffee during breaks in a college course. Unfortunately Smartcafe as a brand is no more, it was bought by another company. This particular mug is a real Smartcafe item, I intend to keep it forever. It makes good coffee and maintains the temperature, and the grounds do not find their way into the coffee. Highly recommended
