So far, I’m loving my new head unit! I actually have recommended this to several of my friends who are owners of Ram trucks! Installation was a breeze! Took me about 1 hour to complete the install and that’s including wiring up a new front view camera. One thing I have to say about this unit is there is TONS of options that a stock head unit doesn’t provide. Apple CarPlay, Android auto, better equalizer, online and offline Navigation, plus many more. A big selling point for me was the fact that I was able to retain all of my factory menus that were included in the stock Uconnect head unit that came with the truck, along with my OEM backup camera. I do not have the volume control buttons on my steering wheel, but I do have the voice command button and the phone button which are now linked to Siri while using CarPlay and the phone button assists with answering calls and hanging up.One major thing I want to note, when I initially installed the new head unit I followed the instructions provided to set up the canbus by selecting my vehicle type. Doing this did not immediately make the vehicle options menu or steering wheel controls operable. I initially thought there was some additional wiring that I needed to do or an update that I needed to do to the canbus, so I reached out to the Navifly team and Levy kindly responded with some suggestions on how to troubleshoot the issue. I realized after talking to Levy that I needed to reboot the unit after making my selections in the car model menu to get the functionality of the car options and steering wheel controls. Super simple!In conclusion this is an excellent product, looks great, works great, and has a ton of options with retaining all of the factory options and controls!Levy from Navifly was super helpful and provided top notch customer service!Buy it now & Don't forget to reboot!

This Stereo is awesome! I have a 2020 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock.Pros. This stereo was very easy to install, definitely plug and play! Took me about 30-45 minutes to take my old stock 5" radio out, and put this new one in. I did not have to call or email tech support at all.It has wireless Apple CarPlay, and it is very responsive! I have not tried wired CarPlay, but I imagine its 10x more responsive than wireless. Everything I had before works perfectly too! (A/C, Backup Camera, etc.).I opted for the cheapest version of this unit, and it's great so far. No lag, the buttons on the left side are responsive, and it starts up fast and connects to CarPlay shortly after I start the truck!For the cons, I want to say there is a different setup and wires you will use, depending on what screen you are going to swap out (i.e. 5", or 8"). I say this because I had a lot of wires left over after install. There were wires for "4G" and "Maps" but I did not use these as I did not have either in my stock setup. This was a little confusing during setup, especially since the "instruction manual" is a single picture of the unit and what wires go where. Also, the screen does not get very bright. The pictures were taken in the morning, and early afternoon at 100% brightness. I can still see the screen okay, but it gets a little harder to see when I am navigating using Apple or Google maps. I am not knocking this too hard though, because I have little to no tint on my truck.Overall, it's a great stereo, especially for the lowest price I paid for it! I can only imagine the more costly option of this stereo is more responsive. If you're browsing around looking for a bigger touch screen for your Ram, I'd definitely go with this one!

The unit looks great in my truck. Extremely easy install and the customer service was amazing. Quick responses to a couple technical questions and they even sent photos with instructions when I did have a question. I am very happy with the unit.

Loved the idea of this, and levy was an amazing sales rep, but this product would never stay connected. After days and days of great tech support(no joke they are actually amazing) I just didn’t like that the product didn’t do as advertised. It shows CarPlay is the main component, it would connect once, then never again unless I did a system reboot. Same with the hotspot. It would find it once then only if I factory reset it would it find it again. As if it had short term memory. Great look and interface, but needs more updates before it should be on the market. Very nice display. Everything works as advertised. It’s snappy and consistent. Very easy to install, 100% plug and play. No modifications are required.So everyone knows, the OEM radio has four plugs: the main harness (black), USB (gray) Sirius XM (yellow), and Am/Fm Antena (white). I thought the Sirius XM connector was for the back up camera, it’s not.The backup camera video will be in the harness, you simply need to connect it to the appropriate wiring harness on the receiver.Over all pretty easy to install, fit and finish is great.Huge improvement over OEM.I would recommend this product to other Ram owners.

I had already been through 2 attempted installations with a Pioneer and JVC resulting in failed attempts. The reviews for this radio leaned to the fact that it was plug and play, skeptical to say the least. My son found it on Amazon and we ordered it without too much hope. I was very happy and surprised to find that it was really plug and play! I had an issue with a ground wire which had come unplugged from the harness but that was it. I pugged everything in and it worked. I have a Ram 3500 and the radio looks like it came from the factory! I use Carplay and it works perfectly! So do yourself a favor and buy this radio the first time around.

The radio arrived way faster than expected and was very well packaged. The unit is brand new and looks high end for the price! The installation was super easy, but you will have to remove a few plastic tabs for it to fit flush and tight. The issue is that the bezel that comes with the radio didn't account for a couple extra screws that bump up against the bezel when installed. Once you make a little more room by snipping the extra plastic with some cutters or dremel then it'll fit as good as factory (very minor adjustment).I had an issue with the microphone sounding very bad when talking on the phone through Bluetooth. Connecting the included microphone didn't resolve it. I reached out to the seller and Levy from support was very patient and helpful with a ton of good info about how to resolve this. He sent me a video on how to remove internal mic, but it was actually way easier than even the video showed. I had to open a sliding cover on the back of the unit . Its highlighted with little arrows, simply slide it open, it's on the side of the radio where the mic hole is located...so if the unit is flipped over it would be on the right side. Once you open the sliding cover you'll see a small pcb board...lift it up and you'll see a tiny mic on the under side...simply snip it off with some cutters. Connect the external mic that's included to the cable labeled "mic" and it'll sound perfect through Bluetooth.Once you get the radio connected to wifi there will be updates available. Overall the radio is great quality, fully customizable and really quick to load. Android auto loads without problems on newer phones, older phones that are android 9 and below will have some issues with dropouts when connected wirelessly, but if you connect with usb then android auto loads immediately.All that being said, you gotta have some patience if you want everything to work perfectly, but customer service is amazing and will walk you through any issues you might be having with your install. Very happy with this so far and for the price you can't beat the quality of this radio the screen and all the functionality is fantastic!

Installed in my 2018 RAM Express. Installation was a breeze except I had to snip off couple of retaining clips on the inside so it would sit flush in my dash. In terms of functionality, its truly plug and play. All factory settings are accessible. Factory backup camera works. Android Auto was easy to setup. Factory center console USBs still work (though I taped the connectors together behind the radio as they seemed to disconnect whenever I attempted to put the radio back into the dash). Once I played with the EQ, it really woke the basic stock factory system up.I got the fully loaded unit and its zippy with zero lag.Developer / factory settings pin is 3368 which was on the included printout and I assume works for all of these models. Search Youtube for MekedeTech / Navifly head units for other PINs. Those videos often have the PIN numbers you need to access advanced settings (like the backlight current settings [PIN is 5768), I found it to be to dim at max settings but backlight current settings let you raise the maximum and minimum levels once you have the PIN. Dont go set the max threshold to 100. It will cause blinking. I keep mine at 85).Screen is made of a soft material and will scratch super easy so be sure to buy a screen protector.

Radio came in early and was fairly easy to install, quick customer service on what’s app helps. Screen quality is good. Some lag between CarPlay and phone when using to send messages over Bluetooth. Built in Microphone doesn’t work well but it comes with another one you can install, going to try that next.

Installed this is a 2017 ram 5500 and worked great. Only fitment issue was trimming some little tabs on the back that only took a minute or two so not worth deducting a star. Tons of features and really updates the interior. Easy to use, sounds great and only took about an hour to install.
