I bought a green fan. It wasn't working as expected because the fan wasn't working longer than 5 hours solely on batteries. So when they messaged me requesting feedback I told them I was dissatisfied. Without any hesitation they sent a replacement because the original purchase was defective. I received the replacement and now I am completely satisfied. It charges fast so I don't have to wait longer than 3 hours to get a full charge. Also the fan is so powerful it makes a very hot room feel like a extremely cool environment. The light is so bright that it can light up an entire room. The fan lasts longer than 13 hours on a full charge. Even with two light indicators it lasted for more than five hours. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the service and how the fan works.Update as of March 31, 2024: I still have the fan and no complaints . On full charge it still last 13 hours after using it almost every day of the week in Caribbean hot climate.

I am very Happy with this purchase. I originally bought it as a camping fan and it worked very well for that purpose. I love that you can turn a knob and select the exact fan speed that you want. The fan is quiet and very strong. The light makes it convenient to find things at night and the USB port is very handy to charge your devices as the battery capacity is very large for this fan. It is very versatile in that you can stand it up or you can hang it from a tent hook or any hook for that matter and aim it in any direction. I have an old truck that doesn't have air conditioning and I sit it on my passenger seat to blow it on me when I need to use that vehicle and it works very well. Purchase with confidence and enjoy your new fan.

I purchased my fan about 6 months ago. After charging, it worked great and maintained a charge much longer than anticipated. The output is fantastic! My son kept "stealing" my fan and even took it with him to college. Yes, I purchased another for him for Christmas and it too is of great quality. If you are looking for a portable fan, this is the one! It has been a surprising find.

The media could not be loaded.  I absolutely love my little pan. It will shock you how much power it has. It also has a nice bright, flashlight that has three different shades and charging for your phone and the battery last a long time for this little fan. I took it on my cruise and now it’s an every day use in my house.

Fan works great, a ton of air output and the light is bright, but the accessory to charge it is defective. Charged it once, then when i was about to charge it again, did not notice that the metal part of the usb-c came off the wire and got stuck in the charging port itself.

Very practical and the battery lasted for more than 6 hours with the fan on at medium.

My husband and I are avid bowlers and needed a fan that was strong and easy to transport. This has been a life saver and several of our friends have ordered these after seeing how well these fans do!

The 1st unit I received didn't work 100%. Unit arrived charged so it did turn on, but only one of the two blades worked (spun around) and the onboard light didn't work either. I went back to the Amazon site to get a replacement and took the bad unit back to a KOHLS store that night I got it.Amazon did me right because I received a replacement THE NEXT DAY!Unit #2 came charged up.PROS: Both sets of blades and the onboard light worked as it should.Fan was quiet as advertised but to be honest I'll be using the fan for when I play with my band so fan noise was never a selling point to me.Brightness of light was pretty decent although I did try it out in a lit room.The air breeze it generated was a good flow. I like that you can vary the fan speed to your liking.It came with a USB to USB-C cable but did not include a wall charger. Fan has two USB ports on it: USB and USB-C. Not sure if you can charge a phone from it. Nothing on the box or the instructions indicates such...CONS: The instruction manual I found to be completely lacking. Please forgive me but it was like broken English transcribed to print. It basically contained all the info printed on the box with no other specific details. I basically had to tinker around to see how to work it.Gave it 4 stars because no real good instructions were given and the 1st fan I got didn't work right.
