I've reached that age......unfortunately! Looking to try different options that may make this a bit "easier". Everyone of us females is different during this time/phase and therefore what works (or doesn't work for that matter) for each of us will also be different. Can't necessarily go on the well it worked for my friend recommendation.This was at a fair price point so was worth trying. The product does contain soy which I was specifically looking for. I have had good luck with soy helping with my hot flashes. Again, just because soy worked for me doesn't mean it will work for you. I know some people cannot have soy in their diets for a variety of other reasons not related to menopause.Found it "humorous" that the actresses shown in the online photos are clearly NOT menopause age! They may want to think the age demographic for this product and adjust their marketing accordingly.The capsule is easy to swallow. It does not upset my stomach. I have not noticed any changes.....yet. The online description does not state how long before I should expect to see results.Fingers crossed.......

It just might be my imagination...but I do believe I am falling asleep without so many jolting "power surges" a.k.a. heat flashes when I am settled down to sleep at night since beginning to take these herbal caplets twice a day. You get an approximate two-month supply in each bottle and the expiration date on the container I received is March of 2025. There are too many ingredients to list in this review but none of them have an established daily use percentage listed because I assume this product hasn't been reviewed by the FDA. So far, so good.UPDATE: Okay, I've been using this product twice a day for over a month now. It is not my imagination. I used to have nightly hot flashes/power surges (whatever you want to call them) a few minutes after I lay down to sleep every night. They felt bothersome and uncomfortable until they passed. But, since taking this supplement I am most definitely having far fewer of these episodes--reduced from seven nights a week down to perhaps two. I cannot prove a correlation between this supplement and reduced hot flashes--but it is the conclusion I've made.

Love this product, helps me with big-time hot flashes, BUT.....When I'm taking this product, the capsules taste like plastic. It kind of frightens me the way it tastes in my mouth. Unless you take the capsule apart, then it should be ok, I haven't tried it yet, but, I don't trust the capsule they put the herbs in.

No change in my energy level, doesn't help with hot flashes, night sweats, menstrual cycle, or mood. The only pro is that it does not have a taste or after taste. Definitely a no go for me.

I had to stop taking this because the Don Qui gave me severe headaches

There are a lot of different herbs in this, and several of them are healthy having few interactions or side effects, especially food herbs like sage, lemon balm, soybean, as well as red raspberry leaf, black cohosh, and turkey rhubarb. My biggest concern with this is the high potency combining of Dong Quai, Ginkgo Biloba, and Red Clover all in one formula, as those three herbs are known to interact and all affect blood clotting so can raise the risk of bleeding, and shouldn't be taken if you are on blood thinners, aspirins, statins, and also when taking Dong Quai you are supposed to avoid the sun, and not take if you have abdominal bloating or chronic diarrhea. I won't be taking this as it's just too many things for me mixed together unpredictably, and I would urge caution (avoiding the items that interact and maybe cutting the dose in half) to anyone considering using it.
