I used a countertop waterpik for a while, but got concerned about the water in the tank as I didn't use it every night because of the loud noise it made. I wanted a water tank that I could turn upside down to let it dry, just in case I didn't use it for a few days. I wanted a flosser that didn't peel paint off the walls. Low noise was important to meThis one hit all those marks. It's easy to use and hold. The tank is easy to remove to fill it from the tank - just twist the top to one side. The pressure on its lowest setting feels like the level 2 or so on the waterpik. There's an assortment of tips for it - I especially like the one to get the back of your teeth easier and the tongue scraper tip. The tips are easy to remove and put in. The charging point is well covered on the side. The unit not horrible loud. I shut the door and you can barely hear the noise from it - this was a big concern for me as the waterpick was LOUD!Cons: You will need to refill the tank to clean the entire mouth, but it's so easy to remove the tank as you don't have to mess with the small little hold on the side like so many others have. As like any water flossing device you are going to get the water all over the place, so wear a top you don't mind getting wet or one that will dry easy and wipe the counters down when you are done.I may buy another one of these to have a replacement on hand, just in case :).

I bought this product on 26th July so have been using it since. I must say I am very happy with the performance and the fact that it has various settings. The water comes out very quickly which I like because it will definitely get rid of anything that should not be there. Very happy with all the attachments and really happy that it holds so much water as my old one only held half and I had to keep filling it up. The only negative if any is the fact that I find it hard taking out the heads and so just be very careful as these can be very delicate. Would I recommend this product - absolutely. My teeth feel lovely after a good spray. My husband is also very happy with it. I read all the reviews before buying and I must say I did spend some time researching others but this product won out and I am very pleased I bought it and you will be too when you buy it.

I bought this product because getting the back teeth is really a problem for me. I wanted to do a better job at flossing than using pics or regular floss. It arrived quickly it was already charged and ready for use I rinsed out the tank put in some spring water went to the bathtub and kind of like used it over the bathtub. It has different modes and it works great. I could see particles falling into the bathtub as I had just eaten. I'm very happy right now!

I purchased this in April and it stopped working 3 months later. Until that time it was easy to use, comfortable to hold and easy to pack, so I gave it two stars. Because of the short life of this product I do not recommend it.Update - Changed the rating from two to four stars because the company reached out to me, advised that I hold the water flosser upside down, let it run and then try it, which fixed the product! So it runs well now and does a good job. The company is very responsive and offered to replace the product if their recommendation did not fix the problem.

I wasn’t sure when I read about bubbles coming thru but I have to tell you this works great. I’ve had many water flossers and this one is the best yet.I just wish the water tank part was dishwasher safe. My other ones were and I like that aspect of it because then I feel like it’s really clean.

I mainly wanted to switch over to a water flosser to avoid creating un-needed plastic waste. While it does succeed in this, it creates a hot mess every time that it is used. It takes some getting used to to avoid this.

It's a little messy when used but saves me money on floss and really cleans in-between teeth. Stepped up my flossing to a new level. I have bottom braces so it gets it really well.

My dentist recommended water flossing in addition to regular flossing. I have been looking for a water flosser that has multiple tools, adjustable water pressure intensity that fits in my small hands and is affordably priced. I haven't used it yet but so far this one checks all those points plus offers a 24 month warranty. The only reason why I'm rating it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the box says the tank capacity is 350 ml while the irrigator itself says 300 ml.
