I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HOT SAUCE- MAINLY BECAUSE IT IS NOT THAT HOT AND IT HAS A TOUCH OF SWEET IN IT- I HAVE ORDERED ALL THE DATAIL PEPPER HOT SAUCES-BECAUSE THE ONE I REALLY LOVED WENT OUT OF BUSINESS- THAT WAS FROM PALATKA, FL- IT WAS CALLED-"CRACKERHOUSE' HOT SAUCE- BUT SADLY I CAN NO LONGER LOCATE OR ORDER IT- SO ASUME IT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE- BUT THIS ONE IS THE CLOSEST TO IT I HAVE FOUND! THIS 'LOVE'S' DATAIL HOT SAUCE IS JUST SO GOOD ON SO MANY THINGS- I ORDERED THE MILD - IT IS AWESOME- IM SURE THOSE WHO JUST 'GOT TO HAVE IT' EXTRA HOT-WOULD LOVE THE HOT ONE- IT IS WELL WORTH A TRY- THE DATAIL PEPPERS ARE WHAT GIVES IT IT'S MOST WONDERFUL FLAVOR !!! Not true St Augustine Datil sauce
Read ingredients More sugar than anything else. Doesn’t taste like the real thing. Just tried it at The Reef restaurant in Ponte Vedra north of St Augustine. This is not what I tasted at all
