Hireko .580" Steel Golf Shaft Extensions

Fit well. Easy to install, if you know what you are doing. Solid material.

Bought a pair and installed on some wedges. Fit perfect and the epoxy has held up no issues.

Item seems well made but as you can see it is .585 and not .60. My same micrometer measures my shaft at .601 so it isnt a calibration issue. Returning for what hopefully will be the correct size or will go with another manufacturer.

Determine the diameter of the ping steel shaft and ordered, cut in half using pipe cutter. The extension was a perfect fit . Epoxied , let set and installed new grip. Easy process.

This project works great. I needed to extend my putter length. Worked perfect for me.

I first got it and said it won't fit. It's the wrong product. Then I got out my gages, measured the diameters carefully, and realized it should fit, but it will be an EXACT fit for a 0.6" shaft. I had to debur the original shaft using a small round file and then push hard to get it started. To drive it in, I used a brass hammer. A 2x4 and steel hammer would also work. It is a TIGHT, perfectly straight, well balance fit. The most important thing to me is it is a hollow shaft so it accepts the 0.25 - 0.75 gm weights that you can add to the Super Stroke putter grips.

We liked everything about the product and process. Fast shipment, economical and covered the requirement for 2 golf club extensions.

They fit perfectly and it was very easy! I've golfed with the new extensions at least 20 times and have had no problems.
