Wireless Apple CarPlay Adapter for iPhone, Upgrade Factory Wired to Wireless, Compatible with Cars from 2016 & iPhone iOS 10+

I recently got this cool gadget that lets me use my iPhone in my car without any wires. It was super easy to set up, literally just plugged it into the USB port in my car, and bam, it worked right away. Now I can play my music, use maps, and send messages without touching my phone or dealing with annoying cables. It connects to my car’s screen automatically every time I get in, which is awesome because I don't have to fiddle with settings or anything. This thing is a game-changer for making drives more enjoyable and a lot less hassle.

Connects easily to my 2017 GMC, and gives great wireless CarPlay connectivity.Edit: after only a few weeks, this seems to be glitchy and works intermittently at best. Sometimes it will disconnect while driving, and other times it won’t connect at all. Don’t waste your time.

Jeep wrangler owner here. Jeep USB ports stay powered for an hr after you turn the JeepOff. Can’t change that as of now (Aug 2023) so for an hr after you close the Jeep door, this will try to connect to your phone if you are within range. I park 15 feet from my house so I can’t talk on the phone without this trying to connect to my phone, who’s is the most annoying thing in the world when you are trying to order your dinner!5 start because above is the Jeep issue here. My nephew uses this now in his Elantra and it works as designed. The USB port in the Elantra doesn’t work like a Jeep and this works perfectly for him.His normal process:Start car… yeah, that’s it… it auto hooks up (after first setup), his phone has a shortcut to auto play a certain playlist when connecting to CarPlay and he is ready to go.So far 5 stars.

It would be on the load screen of a F-150 and not load up to Apple CarPlay it would just freeze. Sometimes while it’s working it would freeze and not play for like a second but just that one second would annoy you. Definitely would not recommend this one for the price I paid I would have thought it would have worked better.UPDATE 12/1/23: I got offered full refund, and technical support from company to fix my issue. Issue has not be fixed but at least the company tried to help me unlike other company’s that wouldn’t not care anymore so I thank them for that.

I was looking for a Carplay adapter as my car does not have any. And the result is quite satisfactory. Quick connectivity and seamless connection the game changer feature for this dongle. Set up is so easy. Just plug and play. I think it will make a big difference if you have a old model car like me. Packaging, instruction was good. Comes with different head for attachment. Worth buying.

Initially, it worked great with quick and easy set up. Although there was a slight lag when skipping tracks while playing music it worked well. But, after a month or so I noticed it would take a few seconds to contact while starting my car. Then, that grew to several seconds. A weird black screen with coding would appear and hang while it tried to connect. Eventually, it started to disconnect right after connecting and try to sort itself out before coming back. Now, it decided it didn't want to recognize the connection at all. After unplugging and fighting with it I've removed it and gone back to a cable. A waste of time and money.*Update. Seller reached out and offered a full refund. Positive outcome.

Plug and play! no more wire. finally, I can close that cup holder cover! and I can use the wireless charger in my car. the pad for wireless charging was not large enough for the phone AND the cord! Not going to complain that MB doesn't include wireless car play, I'm going to celebrate that thanks to this simple and inexpensive dongle, I now have wireless car play!

Stopped working. Will not connect. Wish I could get my money back.
