My dog is smaller than the one shown and didn't offer a larger size. It doesn't fit which is frustrating because it's less intrusive around her neck than what I ended up with. We just moved to AZ from east bay in northern Cali. My service dog can't barely even go outside ...poor baby. She's gotta put on shoes now and a cooling collar...it's time for her to retire anyway..she'll just be my fur baby and companion for life, I can't replace her ...but she still wants to go outside and theirs not enough options for her. I recommend a size up from what ur thinking might work. Amazon gets confusing sometimes and they're quite possibly could be a whole nother ad for a larger size that I somehow missed. I do know for this option there was one more simular I found and that takes freezing tiny ice packs and a whole assembly project each outing. These are grab out of the freezer from what I understood. So much easier. I was forced to buy the other though because no way am I putting a whole vest shirt thing on her when she has a service ( lighter than before but still ) vest she has to wear out as well. She's not a fu fu dog. She's got 2 layers. She is part basset hound. And these would of been perfect had they fit.
