Not letting this out of my sight!
This item is a pleasure to use and effective at what it does. I am working towards better posture particularly upper spine and neck. My neck is habitually stiff from sitting in front of a computer screen and the work I was doing up to retirement which necessitated looking downwards. As part of a daily regime of stretches and exercise, There is definitely an improvement in posture and comfort. This equipment will be central to my daily ongoing back neck and shoulder exercise. If for any reason I lost this, I would replace it without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Item arrived on time. Item is NOT as described. Only the large one is shipped. It is far to much money for just the one piece. Had all THREE shipped like the MISLEADING picture shows then it is not a bad deal
