Good Pack Size. Tastes Great!
Delicious chestnut flour in a package that confirms the contents are gluten-free. Cooks up well. The 350g size pack is good for me as it is a flour that needs to be used quickly. This was there isn't lots of wastage from a large opened packet going off in the cupboard.

Wonderful flour!
I use this mixed with ground nuts and psysillium husk to bake grain-free cookies and flatbreads, and love it. If you haven't used it before, don't expect it to be like either other nut flours or regular wheat flour. Like most gluten-free flours, you need to experiement to find what works. I'd never used it before this order, but will keep ordering it again for sure. It's a nice fine flour and balances the heavier higher fat nut flours nicely. Plus it doesn't trigger my pesky allergies!

Lovely flour
Love the flour for all sorts of cooking but the switch from paper yo thin plastic bags is a mistake.

DIFFERENT
BOUGHT AS ALTERNATIVE TO FLOUR, FOR KETO DIET. MADE A CAKE, WHICH WAS BIT ON HEAVY SIDE-PUT DOWN TO MY BAKING ! FLAVOUR WAS OK , BUT TOO HIGH IN CARBS. POSS GOOD FOR GLUTENINTOLERANT BUT NOT IDEAL FOR DIABETICS

Great flavour
I use this chestnut flour with a mix of rice and cornflour to make a gluten free flour. I use this in many recipes including carrot cake. Gives a wonderful taste to all my recipes.

One Star
I think the quality of the flour is very poor I will not be buying it again

Disappointing
Always beware of ingredients described as having a 'rich, nutty flavour'. I would rather describe chestnut flour as being 'damp and grey'.
